• Prices are in USD.
• Pre-payment is required prior to shipment.
• All bank charges are to be borne by customer. Payment received cannot be lower than the invoice amount.
• All import customs duties and taxes will be the sole responsibility of customer.
• Only wire transfer payments are accepted (no credit or Paypal).
• Handling fee of USD 50 is charged for orders below USD 1,000.
• Shipping fee of USD 100 applies when you use Coolaudio's courier account (UPS).
• Lead time is 7 to 10 business days upon payment confirmation.
